Miller Latte Fishing Club Logo and t-shirt

Creative Direction & Design When my friend came to me with his initial idea to create a logo for his fishing club t-shirts, he asked that it resemble the Miller Light logo (because that’s what they drink) and incorporate a redfish (because that’s mostly what they caught). At first, I had no plans to incorporate a hand-drawn element into this design, however, as I started to draw the fish so I could scan and trace it into illustrator, I kept adding more and more detail to it.

Once I completed the drawing, I scanned it into my computer and started playing around with it in the graphic elements I had already created. I realized the hand-drawn element was incorporating well with the graphic elements and when I presented it to my client, he was ecstatic.
